Isaac -- First Day of 5th Grade

Yup, Isaac also began another school year. This marks the 8th consecutive year that we have had at least one child at Aspen Elementary. Isaac's teacher this year -- Miss Rotar, who was also Zoe's teacher back in 5th grade. Isaac is now busy with his daily reading (seems like a bit of every Harry Potter book) and his math (simple algebra, times tables, and those good old fun word problems) so that he can earn "Rotar Bucks," redeemable for most things good in 5th grade. And super nice, Aspen is a five minute walk. Our backyard borders the far edge of Aspen's field. :)
